Mike and Melissa were super friendly and easy to deal with. They set my scheduled delivery to my wife's office with in 3 mins early I'm the am. I used phrases like...."Make it snazzy and something special with a dozen roses in between it all" lol they made a beautiful arrangement that made my wife feel special all day on our anniversary. I wouldn't use anyone else on a special occasions. They are special kind of people that put the customer first
We ordered a beautiful wreath for my uncle's funeral, and needed same-day delivery. It was 10am by the time we ordered the flowers and requested that they arrive at the funeral home by 2pm. I didn't have high hopes that they'd be delivered by 2, but they were. We even had some special requests for the sympathy banner and everything we requested was done with no problems. It couldn't have gone smoother!
Always hade a great experience with you guys. When you were closed the day before Valentine's day I panicked and ordered from James cress. What a mistake that was. They suck. In the future I'll always order from you
