I got my hair cut and thinned a few days ago and I barely had to give Beth direction on what I wanted! It has been over a year since my last hair cut because of the horrible experience I had last. And it is a reoccurring problem I seem to have either they want to do what they think is best for me instead of listening to the client (me). Even though Beth ran into the same problem the last person did which is major hair breakage underneath she didn't chop it all off to that length she layered it to make it look as though it was supposed to be like that while keeping my wish of long hair! Thanks Beth ? u have a lifetime customer w me!
