“Here is the deal with BAC: it is a walk-in clinic, and that means it is first-come, first-serve. So, you can usually get your pet seen ASAP (and don't have to schedule weeks ahead), but you may have to wait. Sometimes my wait has been 20 minutes, sometimes it's been more like 90 minutes. Usually, I feel like the flexibility and ability to be seen same-day is worth a bit of waiting (if you don't like waiting in your car, go to a different vet). Setting aside the walk-in piece of it, I have had great service here and have no complaints.“
