Shawn is the absolute best!! Best workouts I have ever had! I have moved to CA, but anytime I am on the east coast, I see him. ABSOLUTE BEST I have found anywhere....nothing out there that even compares!!

There is no better place for training in this area. The facility is brand new and is always perfectly clean and organized. The training staff caters to any body type or sports training one would need and is always very flexible. Elite is the top gym in the area and anyone who wants to work will see real results.
