The team has been praised for their exceptional care, including taking in and adopting out a pregnant cat and her kittens. The clinic is extremely clean, with no odors, and the environment is calm and caring. When candles are lit, it signifies that an animal is leaving this world, which is handled with kindness and respect. The veterinarian, Dr. Puzzio, explains everything clearly and is gentle with animals, making pet owners feel confident and comfortable. The staff is efficient, making appointments quickly and providing easy check-out. Many clients have been with the practice for decades, and their pets love visiting and seeing Dr. Puzzio and the team. Although the overall environment is warm and professional, some customers have noted that the front desk staff's attitude can vary, but the care for animals remains outstanding.
Rockland Veterinary care is a great place to bring your pet! I have been going to them for a very long time! Dr. Puzzio is the best! I have been to other veterinary places before I found this one and I will never go back. They are above and beyond the BEST!
Extremely clean, no odors. If candles are lit it means an animal is leaving this world. That's so sweet.
My cat was treated so well. I was more worried than her. It's not a place that forces tests on your animal for money.
Dr. Puzio explained everything to me and was so gentle with my cat. I highly recommend him.

After moving to Rockland County in late 2022, one of my major concerns was finding a veterinarian for my three cats. I’d been going to the same vet for almost 20 years and worried I wouldn’t find that level of care for the kitties. Well, I needn’t have worried. Dr. Puzio and his staff are fantastic. The care that my IBD cat is receiving is remarkable. Dr. Puzio goes above and beyond in order to treat Sawyer, and I know that he is in excellent hands as we navigate this disease. He’s also hilarious-in fact, the entire staff is friendly and fun. I would give them ten stars if I could!!!
