Ramapo Ophthalmology associates is the best in the Care Quality Service. Front desk staff are very helpful to anybody & respectful. Doctor Gordon is there for everyone & Doctor Gordon is the best of the best. Please be respectful to the staff @ the front desk. Thank a BILLION!
Start to finish extremely well run office. Dr Kern was very knowlegable, patient and explained every aspect of my care. I would definitely recommend this office outstanding experience.
From the moment I walked through the doors until I said goodbye an hour and a half later, I was treated with class! I think that is the best word to describe my initial visit to ROA. You can never get a second chance at a first impression and my first impression was great. The office is beautiful, large, with state-of-the-art equipment AND state-of-the-art personnel. I came there all the way from Northern Westchester and the trip was totally worth every minute. I actually am looking forward to my surgery and came there pretty apprehensive about it.
