The experience was efficient and streamlined. They utilize a virtual portal for you to upload your documents as they prepare to file your taxes. John worked very closely with me (even days before the tax day deadline) to answer all my questions and ensure my taxes were filed correctly. Will definitely be working with them in the future for all my tax related issues!

This year was the most complicated tax season my family and I had gone through (4 W-2s with various withholding, 1099-NEC income, etc.) and it was a huge relief to finally have a solid accountant. They have a great online system for uploading forms—I never had to do anything twice and it was just a matter of getting them the information.
