I am surprised by the comments on here because we had an opposite experience with Donna and Central Appliance through our home warranty! It was the home warranty company delaying the ordering of parts, and Donna repeatedly followed up with them to resolve. We are so grateful for the completion of the repair and a job well done. They were also the only repair company to identify what was wrong with our BlueStar refrigerator after another repair company made a repair that did not work. Thank you so much, Donna!

Ask for Lyle. I've sometimes found service professionals who are masters of their trade and those who are courteous, but rarely both. Lyle is one of the best repair people I have ever worked with. The level of skill, professionalism, and courtesy he brings to the job are outstanding. I have used him on a number of appliances such as my dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and washing machine. Each time he has achieved excellent results. The only complaint is that sometimes his head office takes longer than I would like to actually order and receive the parts, but he does everything he can to get the right parts as soon as possible and it has been worth the wait anyway.

I have used Central Appliance for years. I have nothing but good things to say. They are always on time, and very reasonably priced. Never have I felt like I was being ripped off. Lyle is friendly, knowledgable, respectful and will explain clearly what the problem is. I would highly recommend.
