Bill Flooks is the ultimate professional. Very comforting and helpful during the time of grieving. Unfortunately my family has experienced many losses over the last few years and Bill is consistently available , sensitive and responsive when we need him.
Billy at BeecherFlooks did an amazing job for our family in the burial and celebration of our late Mom. We had a complicated situation with my Mom living her last decade in Texas and her wishes to be buried in her family cemetery in Westchester Cty. BeecherFlooks was recommended to us by a local friend and they were terrific, handled all the logistics of getting my Mom from TX to NY, serving a Catholic priest and many other details. We were 100% satisfied customers.
They were recommended by a neighbor and I have used them for my Father over 20 yrs ago and Mother more recently. So I have known them for a long time. They have always been very caring and compassionate. And when I have needed a copy of a document, they have been treated me the same way as the first time I went there. They are consistantly wonderful!
