We needed an unexpected retaining wall after installing an in ground pool and White Oak picked up the phone my first try, assured me they would come out and be able to do the job and would make the cost as reasonable as possible - again, we just installed a pool and this wall was not expected or planned for, so the genuine consideration we received from a white Oak was extremely comforting and assuring - they were at my house the next day and commenced work the beginning of the following week. White Oak staff installed a drainage system in our front yard. We were experiencing flooding with any significant rainfall. We initiated outreach and within a day they had called; and within the week, they had come on site to survey the situation and they provided a two-tier estimate while other companies either did not respond, or disappeared during the process. This was an urgently needed job and they completed the work within 10 days of initial contact.On the day of completion, shortly after they left the site, we experienced 18 hours of consistent rain.
