Highly recommend Rene's Repair for great service and a pleasant experience from start to finish. Donna and Morgan were both professional and friendly while setting up and confirming an appointment to troubleshoot an issue with my LP gas dryer. The technician, A.J., arrived on time, was experienced with LP conversions and clearly knew what he was doing. He thoroughly tested the appliance, explained everything clearly, and left me with some safety and maintenance tips. (Also, for us ladies - he did not "mansplain"!) Thank you!

I want to say thank you to Renes Repair and especially AJ Mills who not once, but twice helped to trouble shoot a problem with our furnace that had stumped other people. AJ took his time, was thorough, and determined to solve the problem. After the visit I felt well educated on the issue and what steps to take in the future. I called this morning for a service call and they were able to get me in the same day. The dispatch receptionists were super friendly and the repair person that showed up was incredibly helpful. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it if it happens again as this was my first experience with a boiler system and what parts I need to plan to replace in the next year. He was honest, upfront and understanding and not pushy for the extra maintenance today. I will definitely use them for ongoing hvac needs.
