My son and I did a walk in to this barber shop where he had never been before. My son is almost 4, very shy around people and doesn't typically do well in settings he isn't familiar with. Laurie went above and beyond. She made my son feel very comfortable and at ease. He walked out with what (in my opinion) is the best hair cut he's ever received. When we got back to the car, he asked if we could go back in! Laurie, thank you for being so good with Kamden! Us and everyone else loves his new cut! :)

Gave them a call asking if they’re capable of doing a cut on an African American man’s hair. The lady gave nothing but snotty sarcasm. “This is Plattsburgh buddy we can hold our own” .. just very rude! Only called to ask because most places aren’t able to do what my fiancé wants because they’re not experienced with it. Just because you’re a hairstylist doesn’t mean you can.. my mom has been doing hair for 20+ years and she will admit that she can’t do what he would want. There was no need for the rudeness. They have lost a customer for sure.
