Roto Router was recommended to me by a business acquaintance. Nicole, was the first person I was in contact with. I found her to be so incredibly professional, caring & considerate. She provided, for me, a source of great reassurance; as I was entering this new “situation”. Chris is the person who came to my home to take care of the plumbing task. On a scale of 1-10, Chis is a 12 !! His knowledge & ability, to correctly do the job, is unprecedented (in my humble opinion). He patiently explained each of his steps along the way.
