I came to North Country Chiropractic because of the great reviews. I had gone to another chiropractor in the past but I wasn’t seeing results and I felt like I was rushed within appointments. I’m so happy to have tried someone else to see if Dr. Benoit could help with daily headaches and neck pain. He not only helped me with my alignment and diminished my headaches, but he also taught me a lot about vitamins and what I should check for and take. I have only seen him a few times this month and my daily headaches and neck pain have improved significantly. Thank you Dr. Benoit and staff for a wonderful experience.
Until recently I had never been to a chiropractor before because I have always had extreme anxiety but Dr. Benoit actually eased ALL that anxiety for me right from day one. Now I absolutely love going. He is incredible. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime no doubt. The ONLY regret that I have is not going sooner than this. Thank you ?
I drove over 44,000 miles last year for work, and as I have been getting closer to 40 years old my lower back decided it didn't like my routine anymore. My back was stiff and I was after some time I felt I was compounding my back more and more by working 60-70 hrs a week and never giving my back a break, almost to the point of my nerves feeling aggravated and my back feeling out of alignment.
