Visiting area when Jeep had issue. Very fortunate they fit us in late Friday for diagnostic and got us repaired and back on road early Monday morning. All service departments are currently stressed for parts and people but the service of Lisa Gonyo and maintenance staff was great with friendly people and accommodations while waiting.

They did what I wanted and found extra stuff that needed for safety reasons and were very nice about it and got it taken care of and Lisa told me what winter tires would be better for my jeep and I go this Friday to get taken care of

Shout out to the great Service team (Kyle, Carl, Tim, etc.) at Huttig Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram who got our Jeep back on the road to enjoy our vacation week here in Plattsburgh. They took very good care of us!
