Well they where booked to August. Needless to say I couldn't wait that long, but instead of just hanging up she walked me through ways of doing it! Even explaining tools and ways to see if it's solid of the ribbed metal and to be careful of the risk of damage. 15 outa 10 for customer service and will definitely be adding to my rolladex!“
