“We are pleased with the work that Troy and his team did for us. They took great care of the property and did all that we had asked for. Troy was also there doing the work. I read with other companies the owner doesn’t always show up, but Troy was right there working hard with his team. They cleaned everything up very nicely as well. It was almost like they weren’t there after they left. Aside for the tree not being there. We were also pleased because I had another tree that I wasn’t sure if it needed to come down, he said it seemed healthy and suggested to prune it for us at a decent rate. He could have just said it needed to come down too, but he was honest and had suggested to prune it. I was pleased that tree was able to be saved. Plus they did an excellent job with the pruning! He did exactly what he had promised, he didn’t change anything, he called the day before like he said he would and he and his team showed up and had worked very hard. Anyway I would recommend this company! We will contact Troy’s Tree Service if there is anything else (tree related), as well as recommend them to friends and family. Great job guys, thank you! Best“

“George and his crew did an amazing job taking down this old giant oak tree I had in my backyard that has been very concerning during storms. The stump was very close to a concrete pad we had but that wasn’t a problem at all for them to take care of the stump with precision even in the rain! They had amazing attention to detail and cleaned up very well even to make sure the saw dust was blown off surrounding structures. They were also courteous to ask if we wanted the left over wood mulch and wood for fire that they cut up into small pieces for us. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using Gold Coast Tree Experts for future tree needs!“

The day of the job I asked for some additional work and the price was raised fairly.The men did a great job and cleaned up nicely . I had a 60 foot tree pruned that also was also reaching over a fence to my neighbors house. Also had some high hedges trimmed. I was very pleased by their work and would recommend them.“

“I had Michael, an arborist from Bartlett, come out to look at our sick weeping cherry tree.I had had two other tree experts here previously. The reason I was looking for a third opinion was because the two previous companies came up with entirely different diagnoses and solutions. Also, I wasn't convinced about the expertise of one of the experts, and the other expert came up with a diagnosis and solution without examining the tree.Michael, on the other hand, did a deep dive into the tree's condition, from looking at the bark, the base of the tree and inside the stems, to observing the surrounding plantings, looking at the soil makeup and moisture, and a lot more. Incredibly thorough!Additionally, Michael is just a genuinely nice guy who is obviously committed to his work that is clearly more than a job to him.I am not a family member of Michael's, and I didn't know Bartlett before calling them a couple of days ago.
