Matthew S. was prompt, professional and courteous. He exceeded my expectations by actually fixing our Subzero freezer unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and searched and found the replacement part on the truck. The part was then replaced and the unit was fixed all in one visit. Kudos to Matthew who is a real asset to RD Appliance Service!!
The repair man was very nice, the process was easy. Follow up was good. They charged $199.99 to diagnose what the refrigerator code said it was, he was here for two minutes. Repair was quick, just a bit expensive. Over nice job.
Very happy with my first visit with RD! They explained everything, had detailed invoices, and the tech was very professional. He put on shoe covers right away and showed up on time.
The best thing is they sent me a text when the tech was 15 minutes away so I didn’t spend all day wondering when the tech was arriving. This let me plan my morning. The text also had a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect in my home.
