Joe cut and blow dried my hair. This is the best haircut and blow out I have ever had! I wish it could always look like this. I don’t have a lot of time to blow dry my hair in the morning but he assured me that I can wash and go and it will still look decent bc he added some subtle layers. I had a wonderful experience!
