Adrianna and Mark were very helpful, perfect and professional. The other workers there that I spoke to were not. They had no idea what was going on. Was very upset dealing with the unmentioned associates. Only want to deal with Adrianna and Mark from now on. They were the best.

I was very satisfied with the clinician who helped set up my Airsense 10 machine. However, once I walked out of that session, I feel that I should have been given more support( through texting, a phone number, a chat box) for the days ahead as I use the machine, at least for a week or 2.

thank you so much for the lightweight walker. It is just what I needed. It did take having my doctor's office fax over the specifications you needed several time s but it finally succeeded for the details you requested. And having it delivered to me was great. So thanks again.
