Apria was very helpful with instructions with starting the usage of CPAP machine. They made necessary adjustments to make sleeping with the machine most comfortable.

I have been using Apria for over 10 years now. No company/organization is perfect. They are usually right in top of things but I think this time, someone dropped the ball. I received my new CPAP machine. It is NOT Apria's fault but the case is SO small. This is the way the manufacturer designed it. An extremely poor design IMHO. So when I travel, I have to separate the water tank from the machine. Barely room for my hose and unsure if my mask will fit in it. I asked for a different bag, and was told I'd have to purchase one.
