I would choose Basement Builders of NY over and over again for any project in my home. Dave and his entire team are extremely talented and pleasant to be around. The work was done perfectly and stayed within budget and on time. Our 1948 home had a very gross, completely unfinished basement and we needed extra space for a home office and extra bathroom. The basement is now beyond anything we could have envisioned. We have a perfect home office and bathroom while still maintaining storage space. Dave and his team did an excellent job with our basement. He gave us good insight at the beginning on how we could best use the space for our needs, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! Once the project got started he provides a schedule of what to expect each day, which was very helpful in planning. His workers were on-time and professionals, doing a high quality job on all aspects of the construction. Words can't even do justice for how amazing this whole experience of finishing our basement was. We met with Dave with a vague idea of what we wanted and he took our thoughts and input and created an amazing vision. His ability to provide a rendering of various concepts is exceptional. Dave took the time to explain different options to us and the benefits/risks of each option. They use the Buildertrend app so we always knew each day what was scheduled to occur and when.
