Our Maltese, snowball was there yesterday. He looks beautiful and smells amazing. I was told he would be done in an hour and a half and that’s exactly when he was done. I am a new customer and they fit him in for a shampoo, cut, dry and nails🥰and it was greatly appreciate it! Friendly staff. Our next appointment was definitely made. Thank you!!!

We’ve had our Barney for a little over a year. He’s our wild child. We’ve tried several groomers and doses of sedatives and even a muzzle but shortly after dropping him off we would get the call- sorry, we can’t groom him. Today we took him to pampered pet. Terri told us she didn’t want the muzzle and asked us to not sedate him. We didn’t know how she’d be able to do it. Just about an hour after dropping him off the phone rang. We figured it was the usual news. But this time, Barney was groomed and ready for pick up. We could not believe it and are so appreciative! Thank you!

Thank you so much for taking great care of my fur baby Lola!!! Y’all did such a great job she left smelling and looking great..and adorable 😱🥰 if you need you dog groomed I highly recommend going here!!!
