Got home from work to no hot water. Googled boiler repair and saw these guys. Spoke with a lovely young lady named Amy and she had Cory out here in less than two hours. Fixed the issue in less than 7 minutes and gave us great tips on maintenance. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Very professional, Amy fit me right into the schedule with my convenience and timeframe in mine . The plumber walked me through the process, upfront billing He made sure everything worked well and gave me a 30 day warranty. great service.
Straight Up Plumbing & Heating did a wonderful job for us over the 4th of July weekend. They arrived less than an hour after we called on the 4th with an emergency, and Sam was amazing. He identified the source of the issue and resolved it, all for a fair price. Sam was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. Would definitely call them again!
