Pat was a pleasure to work with. He communicated in a way my wife and I understood and was helpful to work through our computer issues. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process which didn’t take very long. He fixed the computer issues and gave us recommendations since the machine had an older Operating System. I would recommend Pat for any computer issue and will definitely use his services again.

As someone in his 70s still using a computer on a regular basis, I have found Patrick easy to work with. He is able to explain things to me clearly so that I can use the information again and again going forward.
