had a long messager conversation and told them what I needed and sent lots of pictures. I was told to call and we set up an appointment. after being 18 minutes late I got a text that they were going to have to reschedule being behind. I have no problem with that. I understand things come up so we rescheduled to the next day at 5. 5 minutes before the appointment I get a text that they won't be able to do the job at all. I didn't even get a sorry for the countless messages and both missed appointments. I understand bigger jobs make more money and are more important but I would have appreciated a heart felt apology for essentially leading me on. Disappointed.
