We have hired Dale several times for odd jobs at our 1900s Victorian home. He repaired exterior door hinges, painted trim, and painted the interior of a closet. Dale was very responsive to our requests for help, came by to estimate the time, materials and labor costs in advance, and showed up when he said he would to complete the work. His prices were fair, he was prompt and on time, and always stayed within budget. The jobs were completed with little to no oversight and his work was flawless.
