My home was flooded on August 16 to 18, destroying my carpeting in the basement. I visited Mike Westfall on Monday August 23, after I had removed the damaged carpet, dried out the area,, sealed the floor, and repainted. Since I rent this house out with guests coming on Saturday August 28, I asked if he could expedite delivery of new carpeting. Today , Tuesday August 24th at 1 pm , Mike delivered my new carpet! What more could you possibly want from a business? They provided ABSOLUTELY OUSTANDING customer service. This is why dealing with local businesses is always the way to go -- when you really need help, they come through!

Took out the old burgundy 'confetti' carpet on the stairs and replaced it with this new neutral, beige/brown/gold/creme tweed. LOVE IT. Church Creative Flooring in Penn Yan did it for us. THEY ARE THE BEST. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dee and Michael made this transition easy and we are so pleased with their installers. THANK YOU DEE & MICHAEL <3
