Todd was the only one of three or four contractors we inquired with to actually create a professional written estimate, complete with a break down of costs, insurance information, and referrals. His price was fair, the quality of materials good, and his willingness to make fair adjustments was appreciated! When they removed our old cedar siding they found a substantial amount of rotted wood; and they repaired what looked like could cost a ton more for very minimal extra expenditure....and In the end came very close to their initial estimate. There were some mistakes and delays; some were due to genuine mistakes by the crew. Some were due to the hold ups of the quarantine shut downs. Both were expected with a job of this size...because we are human. When we ran into problems, Todd was conscientious and reasonable in dealing with the issues as they arose.
