“Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack! He stayed on later and made sure to stop further damage and assured me he would have me up and running in no time. The next morning at 830am sharp they returned and within a few hours removed the damaged pipe...and ran brand new pvc from the 2nd story all the way to the basement. Boom! I had a working toilet again. All of this in 24 hrs or less. So impressive. I cant say enough about how nice these guys were too...they showed sympathy while being total professionals.
