Technology and IT security are the last things a CEO wants to spend time worrying about, and ever since we started working with CMIT, tech and IT security HAVE BEEN the last things I need to worry about. CMIT is both proactive and responsive: we have regular updates from their expert staff, and problems are addressed immediately when they (rarely) come up. Our old IT person retired and we didn't know where to turn. CMIT stood out among the competition and gave us white glove treatment all the way. Nate is an excellent tech who came in and worked with every employee to make sure everyone had everything they needed on their work stations and laptops. He was so patient and understanding and never made me feel like an old broad! CMIT provided excellent service when I recently had a major technological issue with my work laptop. Not only did staff immediately respond to the urgency of my need, they had the issue resolved in a timely manner and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I specifically appreciated the staff's emails and phone calls to obtain the information that they needed from me and their updates along the way that included letting me know when my laptop would be returned.
