Unfortunately, some items were lost. They made every effort to locate those items, and when they couldn’t, they issued a check for the replacement of those items, without any question. They answered every question I had and went above and beyond. Do to me having a great experience, my mother then booked them to come clean her sectional. Again, she could not say enough good things about dariel helping her. Stanley Steemer is very lucky to have great employees to represent their company and brand.
