After providing vaccine records and completing forms my Bridget was scheduled in an hour later. Vivi greeted Bridget, listened to what cut I wanted and took her back, simply and easy and very welcoming! I collected Bridget 2hrs later and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. I will be back and recommend anyone who fears their little one may be a little nervous to take them here. They will work their magic!“

“I brought my cat Cannoli here to get groomed. She is a very high anxiety kitty and I haven’t had the best luck with previous groomers. It’s hard to find a groomer who is good with cats, not just dogs, so as you can imagine, I was worried about what the experience would be like here. Haley went above and beyond to make sure Cannoli felt comfortable enough to stay for her appointment. She let my partner stay there by her side while she got her nails trimmed just to test the waters, which I thought was very nice. Once she was done, she came back happy and groomed very nice! I didn't exactly know what style I wanted with the NY summer but Geneveve took the time to show me pics and examples. And Coconut (our pup) came out happy, which is super rare in the grooming industry. He was treated well and come out looking great. He took his time and is very aware of the dog's emotional state and wants to ensure that the dog has a good grooming experience. Unfortunately, my pup was very anxious and Amir opted not to finish which was okay to me as I'd rather he not finish than have a forever traumatized dog. Amir offered to discount the service.
