“First grooming experience for my mini golden doodle. Called in based on previous reviews - I wanted to see first hand what the place was like before just booking anywhere. The smell as you enter is so fresh and clean ..smells like a spa I would go to! I was greeted by Kaitlyn at the door and shown around the facilities. After providing vaccine records and completing forms my Bridget was scheduled in an hour later. Vivi greeted Bridget, listened to what cut I wanted and took her back, simply and easy and very welcoming! I collected Bridget 2hrs later and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. I will be back and recommend anyone who fears their little one may be a little nervous to take them here. They will work their magic!“

“I brought my cat Cannoli here to get groomed. She is a very high anxiety kitty and I haven’t had the best luck with previous groomers. It’s hard to find a groomer who is good with cats, not just dogs, so as you can imagine, I was worried about what the experience would be like here. Haley went above and beyond to make sure Cannoli felt comfortable enough to stay for her appointment. She let my partner stay there by her side while she got her nails trimmed just to test the waters, which I thought was very nice. Once she was done, she came back happy and groomed very nice! “So PLEASED! In February, our dogs Duckie and Clyde stayed at Ludworth Kennels for a few days. When we picked up our dogs, they were all smiles and smelled good. We could tell, that they had a good time. In the past, they have left other kennels terrified and stinking, but NOT when they stayed at Ludworth. Tom is very nice guy and both dogs loved him, even our very timid pit mix. We are so pleased with Ludworth and will definitely use them again!“

I didn't exactly know what style I wanted with the NY summer but Geneveve took the time to show me pics and examples. And Coconut (our pup) came out happy, which is super rare in the grooming industry. He was treated well and come out looking great. “This was my pups first time getting groomed. Amir was very patient and caring. He took his time and is very aware of the dog's emotional state and wants to ensure that the dog has a good grooming experience. Unfortunately, my pup was very anxious and Amir opted not to finish which was okay to me as I'd rather he not finish than have a forever traumatized dog. Amir offered to discount the service. Even with the cut not completed I was completely happy with him and thankful for his caring attitude towards my Cookie.“
