“I brought my two fur balls for grooming. The store manager, Jose, was the very best. He greeted us with a smile and a big, sincere Hello! He asked what I’d like done and he sent me videos and pictures during the process! The groomers were also so friendly. The environment was cheery and bright with a little area for dogs waiting to be groomed or picked up next to the front desk. The business follows the healthy protocol and I had to provide proof of vaccination. I appreciate knowing my two little gals were safe. Dogmom also has an array of products for sale. Alyson handles Eden pawfectly! Alyson is patient, kind, calm and professional. Always shows up on time and with a Smile. Eden is a shy girl but Alyson brings out the best in her. “This was my pups first time getting groomed. Amir was very patient and caring. He took his time and is very aware of the dog's emotional state and wants to ensure that the dog has a good grooming experience. Unfortunately, my pup was very anxious and Amir opted not to finish which was okay to me as I'd rather he not finish than have a forever traumatized dog. Amir offered to discount the service. Even with the cut not completed I was completely happy with him and thankful for his caring attitude towards my Cookie.“
