A horror, I took my 5 year old son super congested, fever and cough, they told me he has flu b and they sent me home. Two days after seeing no improvement we ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia, other complications and 8 days in the hospital. Anymore….

Nothing less than horrible, I have accompanied my relatives several times and none of them have gone well, last week I took my aunt to the emergency room and when I arrived they told me that there were no doctors who would take her to another place; Then they confirmed her appointment for today at 9am, we arrived, we registered and an hour later she asked and they told her that she did not have an appointment, I wanted to make a complaint immediately but the person in charge was not available... what a horror. poor patients
