The classes and the teachers are superb! The personal attention and the welcoming and warm environment inspire people to return. The director, Darby Melnik, is very passionate about peoples healing and health. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
I've been a member for two years. I've been to the big gyms and the small ones. You won't find a staff that cares more than Darby's. She has a big heart and it permeates the studio. If you'd like to improve your overall physical and emotional/spiritual well being, this is the place!
I have been training with Mike Anzovino at the Energy Movement Center for several months now. I am satisfied with my progress through Mike's knowledge and teachings.
