Avoid them like the plague. Overpriced, unreliable and smug to boot. I had service scheduled that had to be completed by the end of January - one week before they said they booked another job for the same weekend and canceled on me. I was not happy and told them their delay would cost me $200 and could they work with me to offset that expense (my project was $3000+). The answer was a flat no but I needed the job done so I rescheduled for next weekend. Today I get an email cancelling again. I'm done with them and warn you not to use them either. I am giving them one star only because there is no option for zero stars.
