BEST customer service! the hair salon across the street (latin hair salon) messed up my hair so BAD so i decided to head over to this salon and i cannot express my gratitude to the lady who did my hair. She asked all the right questions, made SURE i was fine with how much was getting cut and overall a positive attitude which was great since i was stressed out! thank you!!

I had placed calls to various salons for a cut, color, and style desperately needed for a wedding 2 days away. This salon was the only one that made room for me and I am so happy it did! I received a great color,wash,cut, style, and blow dry for a great price! Martha was great- handling 2 other customers along with me at the same time! I was meant to go there and it worked out! I had called various salons for a spruce up 2 days before going to a wedding. Only Alex's Salon said come on in! How fortunate for me as I got a color, wash, cut, style and blow dry for a great price! Martha was great. She had myself and 2 other customers to work with and I always felt well attended. I was meant to discover Alex's Salon and Martha- and am so glad I did! You should too.
