Trainer of trainers. When Shihan Richie speaks (that is how I refer to him inwardly, personal sentiment) I shut my mouth. Would love to learn from him in a professional capacity; only had the pleasure to be a guest where he was speaking to a dozen veterans in the business at Body Chemistry Gym where I had the pleasure to watch, earn, and learn from my misteps.

Wow! Are the words I’m left with after training with Richie. Always encouraging and motivating you to reach your potential. I’ve trained with others and they don’t come close to Richie. If you’re looking for a trainer, search no more. Richie has the knowledge and the experience you need.I’m eager to continue working with him. The results are unreal. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks and dropped from 10% body fat to 6%!Worth every penny.

Richie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been training with him for several years and have been very happy!!!! I used to try and exercise on my own but would end up pulling a muscle or getting hurt. That has never happened with Richie's guidance.He keeps me focused and motivated which isn't always easy. I would give Richie 10 stars if I could.
