17 E Washington Ave, Pearl River“My sister got her hair cut here and the cut looks amazing! Now I will be going to this salon whenever I need a haircut! You gave a cut which is what people need not spending an hour styling the hair when they can do that at home. All people need is a good haircut they can work with. The salon I went to makes hair look good for maybe one day and doesn't feel like a cut. I will definitely be trying out this salon! I don't need an hour spent styling my hair, just a good cut I can work with!“
