He even provided us with a comprehensive checklist for other things we could be forgetting in such a tough time. Vanessa gave us the link to upload our photos for the video. Not ONLY did she put our photos to the music we selected, she put the pictures in chronological order. Their rooms are bright, spacious and clean. They coordinated everything with the mausoleum. Best of all, in spite of our grief, they did not try to upsell us on anything unnecessary.
