Hello, i was refereed to windowrama from a good friend that is a high end builder. Since Patchouge windorama has always been my go to store. The staff has always been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable on all my purchases. My most recent visit was for a quote on a future purchase. I was thoroughly guided by Katelyn Gaffney to some window ID information that she needed to expedite and most important for the correct replacement part! She followed up with emails and a phone call to check on my satisfaction. Windowrama is very lucky to have someone like Katelyn on there team! Like all your windows she is CLEARLY the best. We have nothing but good things to say about the WindowRama team who facilitated our purchase and installation of a large Bow window. Very professional work ethic by all the staff from Sales / Support (Steve and Tara), the delivery vendor (arrived exactly when they promised they'd be here), the installers (who also arrived exactly on time. I watched these guys for several hours, amazed at their skill and craftsmanship. Really good attention to detail), and Project Manager Gary (he closed out our day by making sure we were fully satisfied with the results before taking any final payment).
