NYU Langone South Shore Neurologic Associates—Patchogue

Dr. Gudesblatt was one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've seen, and I was hoping we'd make some progress on my health issues. However, I haven't received any calls to schedule the tests he ordered or updates on my bloodwork. When you call to ask, they transfer you around and ignore your messages. They also take hours to answer the phone and put the service on before the office is actually closed. At this rate, I'll probably need to go to another neurologist (wish me luck getting the results of my bloodwork first).

Figured I’d write my own review after seeing some of these awful reviews. I was diagnosed with MS as a 23 year old female in 2017, and I’ve been treated with love the entire time I’ve been with South Shore. From the front desk to the nursing department to my dr to billing, everyone has been more than caring and concerned with my disease and how to treat it. For those of you claiming they’re careless because they never got back to you on certain things- get a grip. Take control of your medical care. I have had positive experiences here in every department I dealt with. Worked with 3 different neurologists over the years on 3 different issues, have had MRIs and other types of medical tests, infusions, etc. I recommend this practice.
