The office changed has definitely gotten better since langone took over. I have to see my doctor every five months and the last appointment they made for me was approximately a year out. I am lucky enough to have an email relationship with my doctor and he helps me out a lot. I have been his patient for over 30 years so I tend to believe That he helped me in difficult situations and securing earlier appointments. But at the same time I agree trying to get through anything at the office is very difficult on my phone. I have better success using theLangone app which is wonderful.

The staff in this location are all angels!! From Yvonne and the other ladies in scheduling to Dr Yei, Dr Vallencort, and Dr Sarwan.
Together they help manage my pain, improve my range of motion and reduce my fall risk.
They ensure that I could keep working, raise my children and make each day the best possible day I can have.
There are still days when I can’t get out of bed, drive or enjoy an active beach day. But I have faith when I arrive at NYU that my concerns and expectations will be addressed.
