Dr. Cat is physical therapy magic! I have two herniated discs that are creating insane nerve pain in my leg and require surgery, and my sessions with her get me through the week. I was previously seeing a physical therapy that only did heat, stim, and one stretch - I ended up in the emergency room when my pain wasn't taken seriously. Cat is hands on (I live for her massage) and she LISTENS. And sweet Lordy, she is so knowledgeable! From anatomy to procedures to strength training - I feel so confident that I'm getting the best possible therapy. Even after my surgery when I'm back to 100%, I plan to continue sessions with her to help build strength and endurance.... read full review
