“I live in East Hampton and am having a problem with my well. I called Casola for a service call. I had to pay $200 in advance of the visit. They sent a technician out who told me it could be a number of problems but wasn't sure what. I called Long Island well Drillers today and spoke to Dave. He told me they no longer service East Hampton due to traffic. He asked me some questions about the problem and diagnosed it over the phone.
I offered to pay him for the consult but he refused. In this day and age, it is rare, if not impossible to find service and willingness to offer help so graciously. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services.

“Best Flo is absolutely amazing! My cesspool recently collapsed and they put in a new septic system for me. Initially I was so worried because I wasn't sure what to expect as far as cost. Wes came over to look at everything and immediately put my mind at ease. They truly went above and beyond. The entire crew was friendly. They were very knowledgeable and let me know everything that they were doing. Honestly, it was a great price considering all of the work that they did. They even did an amazing job cleaning up.
