Cogged Bathroom tub. Gave them a call. They were able to schedule a visit around my schedule. Phone staff and Tech who showed up very polite and easy to speak to. Tub drains like it should now.
The ladies in the office were terrific. Derrick the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave them an 8 out of 10 (4 stars) was that I thought they were a bit pricey.
Bilel Salhi, was absolutely amazing! He was super respectful, and patient. He communicated all options with optimization. After a long day at work he was delightful to speak to. I 100% Bilel! Thank you for your help and patience, all around a great person to work with Mr. ROOTER.
