On 2 separate visits I had to exchange products at the Patchogue store and was assisted by Sabrina. She was amazing both times and I’ll keep going back just for her!! Thank you a million times!!

This is my favorite makeup ? store. I love their reward program, and their special beauty days when we can get our favorite products at half of the price. Of course, I want to mention that I can't live without those purses full of testers and mini-sizes that we get for free when we spend a certain required amount on beauties.

**EDIT:** Came back today to exchange an item and spoke to Andy. They were so, so nice and hilarious to talk to. We spoke to him about the issue we had yesterday and they said they would have a talk with their employee. The rest if the employees that were there were super lovely.

I hate to leave negative reviews but man I feel the need to say something after just leaving this location. Went to Ulta with a friend of mine because she wanted to buy some products for her hair and skin care routine.
