The staff is SO friendly and welcoming!!! Went for my third spray with them and once again they nailed exactly what look I was going for. Beyond helpful during my first time and answered all of my questions! I was helped by Cassandra my first time and Megan, they were wonderful!
Love their beds! Always clean and lots of different options! I wish the expiration dates on packages was a little bit longer, but when I recently had a problem, Cassandra was so helpful at helping me find that I had another package on hold! I probably was going to a new salon, but thanks to Cassandra I will continue going back!!!
Everyone here is so nice and attentive, and the facility is always so clean!About a year ago, I purchased a package and then days later was put on a medication that made me unable to tan. Management promised me that they would put the package on hold until I was able to return. A year later, I walked in to tan and the girl at the front desk, Danielle, told me that they accidentally forgot to hold the package. She made a note for manager Megan to call me the next day and told me she wouldn’t let me leave without tanning as I hoped to do.
