“Being new homeowners, we were prepared for the typical contractor experience that you hear about from everyone. Missed timeframes, work going over budget, lack of communication, etc. This was the complete opposite experience from beginning to end. Vinny gave us the most detailed and realistic quote out of the 4 contractors we had give estimates on our Basement project. Work started and finished within the initial timeframe he gave us, and stayed within the estimate budget he set for us. Honest and upfront all the way through.His operations manager Heather is an absolute gem. She updated us daily on what to expect for the next day, who would be coming, and when they would be there. She helped us on timeframes for items we needed to pick out and helped guide our decisions with her knowledge of current trends and work they have done on other homes recently.Our project manager George was on site several days a week to ensure the job was progressing at a high level and in a timely fashion. He went out of his way on several occasions to pick up necessary items to make sure the work got done that day and kept the project on schedule. George and Vinny were also was extremely accommodating when we asked them to add an additional project in our home midway through and found a way to fit it in the schedule with no issues at all.Dan, Ray, and Anthony all did excellent work with the built-ins, cabinetry, and tile work. They took our input and worked with us to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.Simply put, we will never be looking for another contractor for any of our home projects going forward. “I’m compelled to share my experience, choosing Ark Remodeling as my roofer. I knew I needed a new roof, but so many companies I dealt with were very pushy trying to sell me everything under the sun.. I kept putting off having the work done. I received a quote from Ark Remodeling and they were very reasonable considering the extra repairs needed as a result of my procrastination. They fully explain the process, but did not try to sell me more than I needed. The roof was replaced very quickly with no mess and the workmanship was perfect.“

“I was recommended to call Fusco to do some work that I needed done quickly at my house.
I wound up only doing part of the work after I paid the deposit which was calculated on the full cost of the job. It was an oversight on everyone’s part. I noticed this 4 months later. I emailed and got a response within hour confirming a check would be in the mail. No questions asked and very professional. Also, the work that was done was great

We did a myriad of projects with Lou including: roofing, flooring, door installation, siding, Sheetrock/ etc. Lou & his team worked under extremely tight timelines & kept me apprised of the work throughout the process (I was not able to be present for the work). It speaks volumes when you can trust your contractor 100%.

During the various jobs, the team consistently documented progress & took photos. Quotes were at market value & stayed true throughout the projects (eg very few “hidden” costs).

I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR FROM NATIONAL GRID IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO MY HOME IT HAS TO BE TUESDAY IF NOT SEE YOU IN OCTOBER. I AM NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT IS INCOMPETENT. HE SAID IM SORRY HOLD ON...A FEW MINUTES LATER HE SAID THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW 8AM. WELL 745AM THE TRUCKS CAME PAUL, RICH, AND THE CREW AND STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY 8AM. THEY INSTALLED A NEW METER AND GAS LINE. THE BEST CREW EVER!!!! I WANT TO LET YOU AND EVERYBODY KNOW THIS COMPANY HAS PEOPLE THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
